EBH Academy Policies

EBH Academy is committed to a fair, safe and transparent learning environment for every student in Dubai. Our policies set out what you can expect from us and what we ask of you across admission, training, assessment, certification and student support. Each policy below is available in full — this page is a summary to help you find the right information quickly.

Admission & Course Registration

Enrolment is open to beginners and practising professionals. When you register for a course we confirm your programme, schedule and fees in writing. If you are unsure which course suits your goals, our team can guide you — see the Learner Support Policy and the Inclusive Education Policy, which explain the support and reasonable adjustments available to learners.

Attendance & Student Conduct

Practical training requires consistent attendance and professional behaviour. Our conduct standards, warning stages and expectations for respectful, safe participation are set out in the Disciplinary Policy, alongside our commitment to fairness in the Equal Opportunity Policy and Conflict of Interest Policy.

Fees, Payments & Refunds

Course fees, non-refundable charges and the specific situations where refunds do or do not apply — including when a course is cancelled by the academy — are described in the Refund & Compensation Policy. Please review it before enrolling so your financial commitments are clear from the start.

Assessment, Certification & Quality

How your progress is assessed, how certificates and transcripts are issued and attested, and how we maintain teaching quality are covered in the Teaching, Learning & Assessment Policy, the Certificate & Transcript Policy and the Review & Evaluation Policy, together with our Academic Honesty Policy.

Health, Safety & Complaints

Practical training is delivered in a supervised, equipment-ready environment. Our health-and-safety standards and incident procedures are set out in the Risk Assessment Policy and Incident Reporting Policy. If you need to raise a concern, the Appeals, Grievances & Complaints Policy explains how to do so and what to expect. Questions? Please contact our team.
